The Styrian State Fire Brigade Association – together with the area fire brigade associations connected to the system – uses the medium of the Internet with its website and thus makes an important contribution to an open flow of information for the Styrian fire brigades.
More than 770 Styrian fire brigades with about 50,000 men and women form the backbone of hazard prevention in Styria.
In this context, the Styrian fire brigades represent a diverse range of tasks. A high degree of technical, organizational and economic skills is required of the members in everyday fire brigade life.
