To upload a document in the Knowledge Library, please go to 'My dashboard'.
The following list of fields need to be filled in when adding a document to the Knowledge Library.
If you do not know the information for all of the fields, just fill in as much as you can (please note, those marked with a * are mandatory).
One of our librarians will be in touch with any questions and to let you know when the document will be uploaded.
Should you have any questions in the meantime, contact ECHO-CP-KNOWLEDGE-NETWORK-PLATFORM@ec.europa.eu or Stacey.VICKERS@ec.europa.eu.
Fields marked with * are mandatory.
Add official title of your document.
File >Select ‘Local’ to upload your document. Note, if you want to add a link, select ‘Add Link’ under the first button ‘Propose Media’.
Provide a brief summary of the content. It should include the main themes of the document.
150 character(s) maximum
0 out of 150 characters used.
Provide details regarding the author(s), person or organisation. The following format should be used: 'Surname, Name'; (use semi-colon to separate multiple authors.)
Provide details regarding possible unique identifier (e.g., ISBN, DOI, registry number), insert N/A if not applicable.
Here you can add more detail for readers – eg a clear and descriptive title for this section that you want to highlight. Some examples: Summary, Introduction, Key Points, Background, or Conclusion.
Here you can add freeform text and a longer description. For example, this could be a short overview of the document and its content (e.g., abstract). The executive summary is often the best place to get this.
You can also add other freeform terms and descriptions if beneficial. For example, URL to the publication, additional contact details, etc.
