Press accreditation procedure
Journalists who wish to attend the European Civil Protection Forum will need special accreditation.
To manage your press accreditation kindly contact ECHO-CP-Forum@ec.europa.eu
We recommend completing your accreditation at your earliest convenience to ensure smooth processing.
A special accreditation badge will be available to be collected at the press point especially arranged at the venue’s entrance.
The accreditation badge must be worn during the entire duration of the event.
Room for the press/ Facilities for members of the press
A press room is available onsite at the disposal of journalists and technical staff of the televisions.
The room is fully equipped with the appropriate furniture and backdrops for interviews. Audio-visual equipment is not provided. The Wi-Fi network is also available free of charge.
Media representatives will also be able to conduct interviews for use on social media on designated area.
