On November 26, a Table Top Exercise (TTX) was conducted at the National Civil Protection Agency as part of the "Flood North Albania" project. This initiative aims to manage complex flood scenarios in northern Albania.
The event brought together various stakeholders, including international partners and Albanian institutions, who will play a crucial role in the final exercise scheduled to take place in Shkodër in April 2025.
Supported by the European Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM), the exercise focused on enhancing coordination and strengthening response capacities for emergencies and floods in the most affected areas. National and international collaboration remains key to effectively managing emergency situations.
