The Administrative Department for mayor's affairs performs the following tasks:

  • coordination of work and delegation of tasks of heads of administrative bodies with a view to the timely and complete execution of tasks and tasks;
  • professional and organisational tasks for the needs of mayors and deputies, harmonisation of their obligations to citizens, companies, institutions, associations, organisations and state and other bodies;
  • professional and administrative tasks for the needs of mayors, deputies and working bodies of mayors;
  • the tasks of drafting proposals for conclusions and other acts adopted by the mayor, in cases where the preparation of such acts does not fall within the competence of other administrative bodies;
  • coordinating the drafting and normative processing of acts proposed by the administrative authorities for adoption by the mayor and keeping records of the mayor's acts.
