Description
The specific objective of the project 'Paragon Benelux and NRW' is to strengthen internal cooperation and facilitate coordination in the area of civil protection and crisis management, by making the systems for preventing, preparing for and responding to natural and man-made disasters more effective.
The project will focus only on the ICT analysis phase of the Benelux programme. The analysis will consist of a literature study on the 4 concerned countries, a business analysis, functional analysis and technical analysis.
The outputs of this project will then be used to adapt the Crisis Information Management System Paragon so that it can be used in an international context and for cross-border application.
