Day 1 of the Ireland exercise: The Irish HNS Liaison Officers welcomed the incoming EUCPT and TAST teams at Dublin airport. After a short mission briefing, the two teams collected their rent-a-car vehicles and headed to their first appointments.
They conducted high-level meetings with the EU Representation in Ireland at the Europe House and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage at the Custom House in Dublin.
Afterwards, the teams arrived at their hotels and finalised their set-up for the mission office.
At the end of the day, the first ERCC conference after the arrival was established to update the Duty officers on the progress of the advisory mission.
