EU-funded nbs research projects tackle the climate and biodiversity crisis – 2023.

This provision has resulted in the implementation of several nature-based projects and solutions. It is possible to do a search on the REGIO Kohesio project database, keyword nature based solution, theme Climate change and risk prevention, to obtain some examples of nbs initiatives already implemented or in action.

Green infrastructures are in fact one of the output indicators envisaged by the program (“Green infrastructures benefiting from support for purposes other than climate change adaptation”): see ERDF Regulation.
