2025 KAPP call for proposals: Information day
On 28 January 2025, DG ECHO organised an online information day on the upcoming Knowledge for Action in Prevention and Preparedness (KAPP) call.
All official European Union website addresses are in the europa.eu domain.
The aim of the information day was to familiarise potential applicants with the objectives of the KAPP call for proposals, published in the Funding and Tenders portal on 23 January 2025.
The session covered the two call topics - Prevention and Preparedness, and Full-scale exercises - as well as the main administrative, legal and financial aspects to be considered by possible applicants. The content was aimed at applicants with guidance on the preparation of their proposals. Please find the agenda below.
The KAPP call for proposals is open to EU Member States and UCPM Participating States, as well as to Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance states and European Neighbourhood Policy states.
For general information on the call, check the dedicated KAPP Call for proposal page.
Participants
The information day is intended for representatives of stakeholders in the field of civil protection and disaster risk management (national administrations, regional and local authorities, private sector, non-governmental organisations, academia and research institutes, international organisations, etc.).
