Description
The CivPro-LiNC Pilot Course is a training initiative designed to strengthen cross-border cooperation in civil protection, with a particular focus on the role of liaison officers in crisis management. The course brings together practitioners from different countries and border regions to enhance mutual understanding of structures, procedures, and coordination mechanisms.
Through a blended learning approach combining e-learning modules, in-person sessions, and a practical table-top exercise, participants will develop key competencies for cross-border communication, coordination, and decision-making. The course also provides a platform for exchange of experiences and supports the development of a sustainable network of liaison officers.
