Description
This online seminar is part of a series in the Computational Social Science for Policy project of the JRC. It will focus on citizen-generated content and citizen-led initiatives for crisis management and response, mutual trust between institutions and citizens and adapted practices for crisis management professionals to new communication means in a hybrid world. Finally, directions for policy interventions will be suggested.
