Leading experts in the field will talk about emerging biological threats, and what is being done to mitigate the risk, as well as discuss the role of decision makers and the public.  

Panelists:

- Sylvie Briand, Director, Epidemic and Pandemic Prevention and Preparedness (EPP), WHO – opening remarks;

- Tom Inglesby, Director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security at the Bloomberg School of Public Health;

- Filippa Lentzos, Associate Professor, Science and International Security, Kings College London;

- Poh Lian Lim, Associate Professor, Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore;

- Mathew Lim, Unit Head, Health Security , WHO HQ.

Participants will be able to submit questions during the webinar by using Zoom's "Q&A" feature.
