: In line with Article 8(1)(i) of Decision No 1313/2013/EU, this Recommendation establishes EU Host Nation Support Guidelines (‘EU HNS Guidelines’), and provides support to Member States’ Emergency Management Authorities to setup host nation support (‘HNS’) plans.
