This framework was the outcome of the International Wildland Fire Conference in May 2023 in Portugal. It contains a set of goals and expected outcomes on landscape fire governance. Under 'Moving Forward' it presents a set of proposals for next steps, including an invitation to governments, public and private stakeholders to 'define a set of indicators' to measure the progress of integrated wildfire management at their specific levels of intervention.
