The 9th European Civil Protection Forum will take place on 3–4 November 2026 in Brussels (Tour & Taxis), bringing together stakeholders from across the disaster risk management community to shape the future of preparedness in Europe. The call for exhibitors for the upcoming edition is now open!
As preparations for the Forum advance, contributions from the community are essential to building a strong and relevant agenda. Stakeholders are invited to participate in an exhibition space: the Civil Protection Village.
The Civil Protection Village will provide a space for knowledge exchange and for showcasing innovative solutions, projects and activities among stakeholders around key policy and operational questions to inspire future developments of the UCPM.
There will be space for standard booths, large booths, an alternative indoor exhibition, and an outdoor demonstration. Please consult the Call for Exhibitors for further details.
The Forum will focus on how preparedness can be strengthened in an increasingly complex risk landscape, in line with the shift towards a more anticipatory, integrated and resilience-based approach promoted by the Preparedness Union Strategy.

The Forum will provide a platform for knowledge exchange, innovation and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on translating policy priorities into concrete action and strengthening cooperation across sectors and actors.
