EU-RESPOND HNS TTX - Stakeholder meeting - February 2026
EU-RESPOND Stakeholder Meeting in Paris marks a key milestone in collaborating with Host Nation representatives for upcoming TTXs.
On 10–11 February 2026, the Stakeholder Meeting of the EU-RESPOND project was held at the Headquarters of the General Directorate for Civil Protection and Crisis Management (DGSCGC) in Paris. The meeting was organised by the Project Coordinator, TDS-Group, in close cooperation with DGSCGC.
Dedicated to the three Host Nation countries — Armenia, Saint-Martin / Sint Maarten and Tunisia — the meeting formally introduced the consortium partners, presented the operational framework and methodology of the project to Host Nation representatives, as well as the project’s innovative approaches:
This meeting marked an important milestone in launching the collaborative design process of the three upcoming Tabletop Exercises (TTX), enabling participants to begin co-developing scenarios tailored to the specific risk profiles and priorities of each Host Nation. Particular attention was given to preparations for the first TTX, scheduled to take place in Armenia in October 2026.

The project will now move forward with the continuation of the design, planning and coordination phases, including the organisation of the Design and Planning Meetings in Armenia ahead of the October 2026 TTX.
Funded by the European Union, this project aims to reinforce international disaster assistance and response by strengthening Host Nation Support (HNS) capacities through the design, planning, and conduct of Tabletop exercises (TTX).
