Forest Fire Struga, Kick off, Brussels

In the Western Balkans, and especially in North Macedonia, forest fires pose a major risk that can jeopardize all joint development initiatives with neighbouring countries. The aim of such initiatives is the convergence of DG ECHO projects, Interreg bilateral (cross-border) ones, and the optimisation of the cross-border resilience and development framework.
