By project FORMATEX23 staffPublished on

Last month, the FORMATEX23 consortium had the opportunity to practice the activation process of the UCPM mechanism during three days of interactive table top simulations. This TTX constituted a very valuable milestone in the preparation of the full scale exercise and highlighted the importance of good cooperation between the local authorities in Austria, the international modules and the UCP Team.

During the three-days TTX, the project consortium welcomed the participation from ADir. Christian Krol, Senior Civil Servant, Head of Directorate General for Public Security, Unit for Crisis Management, Disaster Relief and Civil Protection at the Austrian Ministry of Interior, the Austrian local authorities, the international modules and a presentation from the DG ECHO RescEU program.
