After four iterations of the Knowledge for Action in Prevention and Preparedness (KAPP) call for proposals for prevention and preparedness projects, DG ECHO has decided to press pause on the call for a year, in order to prepare future improvements.
With the European Commission's new Multi-Annual Financial Framework*, DG ECHO intends to revamp the KAPP call for proposals for prevention and preparedness projects, enabling a more efficient management of the application and evaluation process, while ensuring a close alignment with key policy priorities of the Union Civil Protection Mechanism.
