ARMINES

Association pour la recherche et le developpement des methodes et processus industriels

Description

Research oriented to prepare the world of tomorrow

The concept of oriented research is at the origin of the creation of ARMINES, in 1967. The corporate purpose of ARMINES is thus to make Research and Training "by and from" Research, oriented towards Industry.

This objective is exercised within the framework of a mission shared with its partner schools, first and foremost the Écoles des Mines, under the supervision of the Ministry in charge of the Economy, Industry and Digital.

Today, there are more than 800 new partnership research contracts per year, and half of our activity of nearly €40 million bilaterally with companies. Nearly 130 doctoral students irrigate the socio-economic world each year with their new skills and know-how, and many continuing education actions contribute to the development of engineers and managers, within the 48 joint Schools-ARMINES centers.
