Nimes Metropole

Communauté d'Agglomération Nîmes Métropole

Overview

Description

Nîmes Métropole was born on December 31, 2001 from the will of many mayors who came together to carry out a common project. Nîmes Métropole has become a territory in its own right whose action, through its various skills, is now part of the daily lives of the 260,000 inhabitants who compose it.

Bernis, Bouillargues, Caissargues, La Calmette, Garons, Générac, Manduel, Marguerittes, Milhaud, Nîmes, Redessan, Rodilhan, Saint-Gervasy and Saint-Gilles are the 14 founding municipalities of the Communauté d'agglomération Nîmes Métropole, created on 1 January 2002.
