The Union of Graduate Officers (EPAYPS)

Description

The Union of Graduate Officers of non-commissioned officers of the Fire Brigade (EPAYPS) began in early 2016 its journey with the vision of transforming the Fire Brigade into a modern and pioneering organization for the Public Administration, which will return the acceptance and respect of society to its own employee.

EPAYPS are its people; new and new to a degree of firefighting employees who, with the assistance of older and more experienced colleagues, as well as the thirst and romance of the newly arrived graduate colleagues, one of the academically equivalent schools of the Fire Academy to the Schools of Higher Education since 2016, compose a body of representation that is unifying, direct, effective and capable of deep cuts in the usual service routine.

With the existence of the dynamic team of synthesis of ideas and know-how that invests in its scientific training, with critical thinking and teamwork we plan our professional future. Our tools are passion, love and a sense of responsibility towards our institutional role as executives of the operational arm of Civil Protection.
