The project will create a comprehensive civil protection and disaster management training programme for governmental institutions, local authorities and educational bodies. The programme will include training material focused on specific target groups and ensure a systematic and strategic training process on civil protection and disaster management issues. In addition, the project will develop safety advice for the public, in line with today's changing threat environment and taking into account the accessibility requirements for the different groups of the public.
