Prep2Shelter Kick-Off meeting | Lisbon | 3rd March 2026

On 3 March 2026, the Prep2Shelter consortium held its Kick-Off Meeting in Lisbon, officially launching a two-year European project on disaster shelter preparedness. Partners from Portugal, Iceland, Greece and other EU countries aligned on objectives, methodology, and stakeholder engagement. The meeting also defined pilot studies in Lisbon, Árborg and Thessaly.
