On 6 June 2025, the RASTOOL-DoS consortium successfully held its first Online Information Day, gathering stakeholders from across Europe to discuss the role of satellite interferometry in Disaster Risk Management (DRM).
The event brought together representatives from Civil Protection Authorities, Geological Surveys, and other institutions active in infrastructure, territorial, and risk management.
The Info Day served to:
- Introduce the RASTOOL-DoS project, its objectives, and expected service outputs
- Present key EU services relevant to DRM, including CEMS, EGMS, and ECHO
- Facilitate exchange on the use of satellite-derived ground motion data for preparedness and response
The RASTOOL-DoS team would like to thank all participants for their valuable contributions and active engagement throughout the sessions.
