Task-09-Engaging Stakeholders for Results Exploitation and Capitalization

The involvement of key stakeholders is an important step to this project.  Task-09 is designed to engage stakeholders on the project’s activities, results, and outcomes, thus, trigger future replication. The relevant stakeholders will further help to better understand the complexity to manage marine Pollution. 

The task aims to identify the stakeholders and classify them, weighting their interest in the use of the project findings. The identified relevant stakeholders will be involved in different tasks within the project, mainly to better target the dissemination action and for the ICT tool implementation and training. This task will be achieved by developing a comprehensive communication and dissemination plan, which will serve as a roadmap to fully realise the task objective. 

This action is also dedicated to the analysis of the tools and procedures currently adopted by the stakeholders and to promote the sharing of information, experiences, methodologies, and tools among the stakeholders of the involved countries and the establishment of a PROMPT Network thanks to  the regional workshops - National/International/Regional involvement events/Capitalization workshops - Cross-fertilization Activities in order to feed future actions and strategies for the future. Capitalisation of the activities will take place at both national and international levels. 

In conclusion, Task-09 is dedicated to engage stakeholders on PROMPT’s activities, results, and outcomes, thereby fostering project visibility, exploitation, replication and capitalization of the project findings. The activities involved mainly the dissemination of project’s results, organising events such as stakeholders roundtable, and training activities.
