Kati Orru is an Associate Professor of Sociology of Sustainability at University of Tartu, where she leads interdisciplinary Risk & Resilience Research Group. Her research focuses on crisis management and social well-being and vulnerability. In H2020 BuildERS project she led and in Horizon Europe SYNERGIES and UCPM ROADMAP2 projects she leads research on inclusive disaster governance and addressing societal vulnerabilities.
