Description

A nuclear driven vessel in coastal waters outside the town of Bodø in Northern Norway is in trouble. The captain reports an accident, that will have consequences on both sea and land, as well as cross-border contamination. A massive local, regional, national and international response is required. This is the scenario of exercise Arctic REIHN (Arctic Radiation Exercise in High North), which is conducted in Bodø, Norway in early May 2023.
