Description
The project will develop a risk management plan and risk management capabilities for large scale nuclear and radiological emergencies. In particular, the project will propose technical solutions for radiation measurements at different facilities and establish an expert network to analyse results. The requirements for the measurement plans will be specified together with relevant authorities and other stakeholders. The Finnish Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority intends to use the project outcomes in its own emergency preparedness and surveillance work.
